How to Remove Tricky Halloween Stains from Carpets

If you chose water-based paint, you are in luck because it is much easier to remove than anything with oil in it. You can simply remove it with your favorite carpet cleaner and a damp, clean washcloth.
– Fake Blood Carpet Stains: Hopefully, you don’t have any real blood on your carpet and all the blood left behind is the fake kind. Unfortunately, face blood can be even more difficult to remove that real blood can be. The red dye that is found in fake blood can prove stubborn. However, if you use soda water, you can usually get it come out of the fibers of your carpet pretty easily. If you have gotten it on your clothing, the best thing to do is to soak the clothes in a vinegar and water mixture overnight before laundering them.

When pumpkin guts end up on your carpet, it can ruin that joy of the tradition really quick. To remove pumpkin from your carpet, use warm water and a tablespoon of dish soap to remove it after you have removed the chunks with a blunt, butter knife.
– Candle Wax Carpet Stains: Creating a spook ambiance for your Halloween party can easily be achieved with an array of candles throughout the room. Candle wax on your carpet doesn’t bode well though. Removing it can be done when you cover the wax with a paper towel and use an iron on low heat to transfer the wax to the paper towel.
